Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients scheduled for elective laparoscopic gynaecological surgeries like hysterectomy, myomectomy, cystectomy 2. ASA physical status I or II. 3. Adult female patients aged 18 years and above. 4. BMI less than 40 kg per square metres
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. ASA physical status III or higher. 2. Morbid obesity, BMI more than or equal to 40 kg per square metres 3. Severe cardiac or respiratory disease like significant coronary artery disease, valvular heart disease, reactive airway disease, upper respiratory tract infection 4. Neurological or neuromuscular conditions like epilepsy, malignant hyperthermia, or family history of these disorders 5. Pregnancy 6. Contraindication to general anaesthesia or specific anaesthesia protocol to be used 7. Refusal to provide informed consent 8. Participation in another clinical study that could affect outcomes
