Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individuals of age 18 to 45 years with CVS symptoms. Screen exposure more than or equal to 4 hours a day for at least 6 months. Positive CVS Smart score more than or equal to 7 confirming CVS. Willing to participate and provide informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals diagnosed with any ocular pathology such as glaucoma, cataract, retinal disease, or severe dry eye syndrome. With any history of ocular surgery or trauma within the previous six months. With any Neurological or vestibular disorders affecting eye movement control With severe uncorrected refractive errors Currently undertaking any medications or participating in rehabilitation programs related to vision or ocular problems.
