Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants aged 16 to 30 years. Male and female football players. Participants willing to participate in interviews regarding their perception of plyometric training. Participants able to read and understand English.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Serious injuries. Not actively playing football. Not willing to participate. Mental health problems affecting participation.
