Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 40 55 years, experiencing symptoms of menopause. Satisfying DSM-5 criteria for insomnia disorder. Willing to provide informed consent for treatment and comply with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Current use of hormone replacement therapy. Other psychiatric disorders requiring treatment. Substance abuse or dependence
