Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-45 years 2. Classical signs of Indralupta (patchy hair loss) 3. Willingness for external therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Secondary alopecia due to systemic disease 2.severe scalp infection or wound 3.Immune deficiency syndrome. 4.Uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 5. Immuno-suppressive medications. 6.Any malignancy 7.Prgnant or lactatng women 8.HIV 9.Below 20 years age 10.Patients suffers from alopecia areata more than 5 years 11.Patients who are suffering with thyroid disorder.

MeasureTime frame
Both Oil and lepa are expected to promote hair regrowth and improve scalp health. Comparative results will help identify which formulation provides faster and more sustainable results. The study will contribute to scientific validation of Ayurvedic concepts of Kesh Sharir and traditional formulations in Indralupta. Will help to see the effectiveness of both medications.Timepoint: 2 Months
