Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Subjects fulfilling the diagnostic criteria of Amavata. Subjects having age group 30 to 50 years Subjects of irrespective gender and religion. Subjects who had fulfilling the criteria lay down by American college of Rheumatology will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Subjects aged less than 30 and more than 50 years. Subjects having the deformities like Swan neck, ulnar deviation, ankylosis of wrist and elbow. Subjects having history of any other systemic disease. Pregnant and lactating women will be excluded.

HO-There is no significant difference in the effect of Haritaki guggulu and Simhanada guggulu in the management of Amavata. H1-Haritaki guggulu is more effective in comparison with Simhanada guggulu in management of Amavata. H2-Simhanada guggulu is more effective in comparison with Haritaki guggulu in the management of Amavata.Timepoint: 7 days
