Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women aged 20 to below 40 years Within 5 weeks postpartum Who underwent a natural vaginal delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Mothers or infants with serious illnesses Those who underwent caesarean section Individuals with neurological disorders, serious visual impairment Body Mass Index (BMI) equal to or greater than 30 kg per m2.
