Intervention1: Human Placenta Extract: Spilt face study on right side of face. Screening and enrollment followed by 3 sessions of microneedling monthly followed by topical application of Human placent

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Treatment Naive patients , willingness to participate , not on topical and oral treatment for melasma

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Active acne, Keloidal , Hypertrophic scar, Hematologic risk, Dermatological infections, Pregnancy and Lactation, known allergies

To compare the effectiveness of microneedlig combined with topical Human Placenta Extract formulation versus microneedlig combined with Tranexamic acid 100mg/ml in the treatment of melasma, using a split face study designTimepoint: at baseline, 4th week, 8th week final outcome - 12th week
