Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who give written consent to participate. A primary history of Neck pain for at least 3 months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of neck surgery History of trauma to the cervical spine Signs of cervical radiculopathy example disc herniation, spinal stenosis, Malignancy, Infection
