Inclusion criteria: Residents of Bhopal for at one year Willingness to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Individuals with known severe illness that could independently cause Pandu or Anemia Pregnant or lactating women Individuals on specific medications known to affect nutritional status or blood parameters Individuals unwilling to provide consent
