Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: female with age of menarche to 25 years female having no any pelvic pathology willing and able to give written informed consent able to comply with study procedures and follow up schedule
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: age more than 25 years cases of secondary dysmenorrhea presence of any systemic illness female who are taking oral contraceptive pills lacteting women patient who has been diagnosed with pmos participation in another interventional study within the last 3 months
