Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Clinical signs and symptoms of Janusandhigata Vata with special reference to Knee Osteoarthritis. 2) Patients with the age group between 40 to 70 years of either sex will be selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Patients with Vatarakta, Amavata, Kroshtakashirsha. 2) H/o fracture and surgery to the knee joint replacement. 3) Osteoarthritis with structural deformity genu varum and genu vulgum. 4) Pregnant and lactating women.
