Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosis of Chronic Ankle Instability for more than 6 months. 2. Cumberland Ankle Instability Tool score of equal or less than 25. 3. History of at least one ankle sprain in the past year. 4. Willingness to participate in the full training programme and assessment sessions.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. History of acute ankle injury within the last 6 weeks 2. Fracture, surgery, or severe ligament/tendon injury in the lower limb within 3 months 3. Any neurological, vestibular, or balance-related disorder 4. Currently enrolled in any other balance or strength training programme 5. Any systemic illness or musculoskeletal condition affecting lower limb function
