Inclusion criteria: Adults aged 18 60 years Permanent residents of Saurashtra Willing to provide informed consent Able to recall dietary habits reliably
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Mentally unstable Critically ill patients Conditions related to taste and smell perception such as Anosmia Ageusia Hyposmia Hypogeusia Dysgeusia Parosmia Phantosmia Severe gastrointestinal disorders influencing dietary sour taste intake Pregnant or lactating women if dietary patterns are significantly altered
