Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Undergraduate and postgraduate student in Yenepoya University. Presence of trigger point in Full filling the diagnostic criteria for myofascial syndrome. Presence of referred pain in Full filling the diagnostic criteria for. myofascial syndrome . Presence of taut band pain in Full filling the diagnostic criteria for myofascial syndrome . Participants aged 18 35 years
