Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants with completely edentulous maxilla and mandible with adequate bone volume in anterior mandible. Systemically healthy patients No scarring ulceration on edentulous ridge. Non Smokers or controlled smokers Patients willing for voluntary participation and have signed consent for the described procedure Patient motivated for implant therapy and maintaining good oral hygiene.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with medical conditions that included a chronic illness head and neck radiation. History of chemotherapy or radiation therapy inadequate residual bone for implant placement(atleast 10mm long and 3.75mm in diameter) type E bone quantity or type 4 quality History of drug or alcohol abuse Psychiatric disorders Unrealistic patient demands Inability to attend all recall appointments Extraction sockets with less than 3 months of healing and smoking(more than 10 cigarettes per day).
