Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 18 and 60 years Pain over the plantar surface heel for at least 3 months Localized Pain at the medial calcaneal tubercle Pain intensity of at least 3 out of 10 on the NPRS during the first steps in the morning Positive Windlass Test

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous surgery on the foot or ankle Systemic inflammatory conditions example rheumatoid arthritis Recent corticosteroid injection within the last 3 months Known fractures or malignancies in the lower extremity Skin lesions open wounds or infections at the treatment site Individuals with Thrombophlebitis Uncontrolled Hypertension, Inflammation due to infection
