Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Children of 6 to 14 years with ASA Grade I status and who require multiple appointments for extraction under local anesthesia bilaterally

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children who are allergic to local anesthetic solution, medically compromised and special child
