Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1 Both sex between the ages of 30 and 70. 2 Unilateral or Bilateral shoulder pain 3 Significant pain of 30 to 100 mm on a 100 mm pain visual analogue scale VAS during activity 4 Patients with restricted active and passive movement at glenohumeral joint. 5 Diagnosis of AC by excluding fracture dislocation osteoarthritis and calcific tendinitis from simple radiography. 6 Patients giving informed consent for study were included in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 Previous history of surgery or significant injury on shoulder. 2 Shoulder pain accompanied with stroke spinal cord injury or other surgeries. 3 Systemic pathology including inflammatory joint disease or tumor. 4 Women who are pregnant lactating.

| 1 Reduction in Shoulder Pain and Disability Index SPADI scores to compare the efficacy of Siddha Varmam therapy, Physiotherapy Paraffin wax and their combination in patients with adhesive capsulitis. 2 Reduction in SPADI scores to evaluate the efficacy of integrative management Siddha Varmam therapy combined with Physiotherapy paraffin wax. 3 Improvement in 100 mm Pain Visual Analogue Scale VAS Shoulder Range of Motion ROM and Rotator Cuff Quality of Life RC-QoL over a 10 week treatment period including a 4 week follow-up to compare treatment groups. 4 Assessment of recurrence of symptoms related to adhesive capsulitis during the follow up period.
