Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Both male and female patients 2. Age between 45 to 70 years who were diagnosed with grade 1,2 and 3 knee osteoarthritis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Who is unable to participate due to a mental or physical limitation. 2. Patient with certain underlying diseases, such as cancer, tumors, infections, fractures, etc.
