Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: diabetic, BMI more than 25, waist circumference more than 90 cm for men and 80 cm for women

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients on dialysis or with advanced CKD, Patients on insulin use, previous MI and history of depression or use of any anti-psychotic drug

Mean reduction in UACR from baseline to the end of 6 months in the Lifestyle Reset Clinic when compared to Enhanced Usual Care clinic.Timepoint: At baseline and then after 26 weeks
