Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The study will enroll individuals diagnosed with sheetapitta exhibiting classical features along with signs of Dushivisha regardless of their gender occupation socioeconomic background religion. Participants should be between 19 and 60 years of age. Cases with chronic more than 6 weeksor recurrent Sheetpitta indicating possible Dushivisha association will be included. Exclusion criteria: Pregnant and lactating women Acute severe systemic illness Known hypersensitivity to study drugs Concurrent use of antihistamines corticosteroids unwilling to continue
