Intervention1: Individualised homoeopathic drugs: patients will receive individualised homoeopathic treatment in dosage of 3-5 globules per day, frequency of 3 days in a duration of 6 months Control

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: women in the reproductive age group and perimenopausal age group were taken for studies. Patients with fibroid measuring lessthan 10 cm in diameter as confirmed by ultrasound or pelvic imaging. Patients who provide informed written consent to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Fibroids requiring emergency intervention Patients with endometriosis, adenomysis, malignancy or other significant pelvic pathology Pregnancy and lactation
