Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 45 to 75 years undergoing elective unilateral total knee arthroplasty, ASA Physical Status I, II or III, willing to provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient refusal Bleeding disorder or coagulopathy Revision total knee arthroplasty ASA Physical Status greater than III Allergy or contraindication to study drugs Chronic opioid use Pre-existing neurological deficit Failed neuraxial anaesthesia Infection or inflammation at the block injection site
