Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Participants who give written consent to participate. Presence of bilateral hamstring and calf both tightness. Participants with popliteal angle less than 125 degree in 90 90 SLR test measured with goniometer. Participants showing less than 9 cm knee to wall distance for calf tightness as assessed by weight bearing lunge test. Asymptomatic individual with no History of lower limb and thoracolumbar pain in the past 3 month. Participants who referred at OPD 16 for following conditions, Adhesive capsulitis, rotator cuff tendinopathy, subacromial pain syndrome, shoulder impingement syndrome, healed fractures of clavicle, humerus, radius, ulna, postural shoulder dysfunction Tennis elbow, medial epicondylitis, chronic elbow strain De Quervain tenosynovitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist tendinitis, hand strain wrist ganglion, trigger finger, trigger thumb Cervical muscle strain, neck pain, upper crossed syndrome, cervical radiculopathy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of musculoskeletal injury or surgery involving spine, hip, knee, ankle or foot in past 1 year Presence of any structural deformity of the spine or lower extremity History of systemic or inflammatory condition affecting muscles or joints Limb length discrepancy Presence of neurological disorders affecting movement or muscle tone Pregnancy
