Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Female patients aged 18 TO 70 years Histologically confirmed breast cancer Planned therapeutic or completion ALND ECOG 0 TO 2 Able to provide informed consent Willing for follow up

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous ipsilateral axillary surgery Previous axillary radiotherapy Pre-existing ipsilateral arm lymphedema Distant metastatic disease limiting follow up Contraindication to surgery OR anesthesia Life expectancy LESS THAN 2 years BMI MORE THAN 30 kg PER m
