Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Male college football players Age 18 to 30 years Body mass index (18.5 to 24.5) Minimum playing football for past 1 year
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Undergoing any other warm-up training History of lower limb surgery in past 6 months (i.e ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, etc) Past history of lower limb fracture and dislocation
