Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age group of 18 to 25 years both male and female participants individuals with reduced hamstring flexibility PSLR less the 70 degree AKE more than 20 degree SRT less than 5Cm NPRS more than or equal to 4 willing to participate and provide informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: recent lower limb injuries and wound over plantar fascia spinal pathology neurological disorders uncooperative or unwilling patients history of recent surgery involving lower limb or spine
