Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with classical feature of Asthimajjagata Vata. Both fresh and conservatively treated cases were selected. Patient of any socio-economic status, all genders and all ethnic origin. Patient with age group of 18-60 year. Patient fit for Basti Karma will be selected. Patient with 1st ,2nd ,3rd stage of ficat and arlet.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patient with acute traumatic injury to spine and ano rectal disorders. Patient with systemic disorders like diabetes, spinal carcinoma, Caries spine; Pott s spine, necrosis of other joints. Pregnant and lactating women. Patient who had surgical intervention earlier Patient with 4th and 5th stage of ficat and arlet.
