Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.patients with intra bony defects with probing pocket depth greater than or equal to 5mm 2.clinical attachment loss greater than or equal to 3mm 3.radiographic defect depth of greater than or equal to 3 mm 4.good oral hygiene following phase 1 therapy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.patients with systemic diseases affecting periodontal healing 2.teeth with grade 3 mobility or furcation involvement 3.periodontal therapy within last 6 months 4.smokers and tobacco users 5.pregnant or lactating women
