Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Male and female participants aged 30 50 years. Diagnosed cases of decompensated liver cirrhosis. Child-Pugh score between 7 and 15. Presence of sarcopenia as determined by study assessment criteria. Willingness to participate and provide written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Coexisting cardiac conditions. Coronary artery disease. Cardiac arrhythmias. Dialysis-dependent chronic renal insufficiency. Any condition preventing safe participation in exercise training. Unwillingness to provide informed consent.
