Interventions

Intervention1: 0.5 ml i-PRF: 10 ml of blood is collected from the patient and centrifuged for 3 mins , 700 rpm. Prepared i-PRF is injected at black triangle(0.5ml) and patient is recalled after 3 week

Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: systemically healthy patient patient age ranging from 19-35 years Patients with thick gingival phenotype Periodontal pocket less than or equal to 4mm NO radiographic evidence of interdental bone loss Respective teeth should be free from caries with no fixed prosthesis or orthodontic appliances

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pregnancy or lactating women Patient with thin gingival phenotype Patient with systemic conditions or disease Smokers and alcoholic Known allergy to hyaluronic acid tooth mobility consumption of drugs causing gingival enlargement interdental bone loss inadequate attached gingiva on study teeth
