Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patients diagnosed with hypertension, diabetes mellitus and rheumatoid arthritis were enrolled in the study patients who are on longterm medication therapy example more than 3 months were enrolled in the study patients having smart phone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: patients who are not willing to participate in the study patients who are completely adherent to their prescribed medications
