Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Minimum three classical symptoms of Prameha like Prabhuta Mutrata Avila Mutrata Kshuda Adhikya Pipasa Adhikya Karapada Suptata Karapada Daha Swedadhikya Shithilangata FBS range 125 to 150 PPBS 200 to 220 and HbA1c greater than or equal to 6.5 and less than or equal to 8.5 at screening. patients with Written informed consent provided.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Type one diabetes mellitus or insulin dependent Type two diabetes mellitus HbA1c greater than 8.5 percentage at screening Established diabetic complications like retinopathy neuropathy nephropathy requiring active specialist management. Significant hepatic or renal impairment or severe systemic illness Pregnancy or lactation Substance abuse or major psychiatric illness interfering with participation. Major surgery within the past 6 months. Participation in any interventional clinical trial within the past ninety days
