Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Security guards working at ABVIMS and Dr RML Hospital, New Delhi. 2. Outdoor duty more than or equal to 4 hours a day 3. Willingness to participate and providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Security guards on prolonged leave 2. Severe illness preventing participation 3. Night shift from 10 pm to 6 am
