Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: For Schools Schools from selected rural blocks of Khordha offering classes 8th to 10th that have obtained written consent from the headmaster or principal to participate For Students Enrolled in 8th to 10th standard in selected schools Assent provided with written parental or guardian consent Present and willing to participate on the day of data collection
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: For Schools Those that deny permission to participate For Students Those not fulfilling age criteria Cognitive or communication difficulties affecting survey participation Those with systemic illness or special healthcare needs
