Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: All the BPH patients having prostate specific antigen levels less than 4 ng per ml and are benign as diagnosed by Digital Rectal Examination
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic illnesses such as diabetes and hypertension, metabolic syndrome, any other disease due to malnutrition. 2. Conditions known to interfere with electrolyte measurement such as dehydration, patients on medications such as diuretics, men on dietary supplements will be excluded from the study. 3. The patients with renal and liver dysfunction. 4. Patients taking Calcium Channel blockers , patients with coronary artery disease and colorectal cancer will also be excluded from the study.
