Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 9 to 25 years Patient diagnosed with unilateral cleft lip and palate presenting with a wider alveolar cleft defect 8mm or more Patients requiring surgical intervention for closure of the alveolar cleft defect Patients with complete preoperative clinical and radiographic records
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with alveolar cleft defects less than 8 mm Syndromic cleft lip and palate or associated craniofacial anomalies Patient with systemic disease contrindicating surgery
