Inclusion criteria: Children aged 3 to 8 years of either sex fulfilling the diagnostic criteria Parents willing to provide written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Children of hypertrophied adenoids associated with infective pathology FEVER Children of hypertrophied adenoids associated with nasal polyp and nasal bleeding Children with any other systemic illness
