Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: patients undergoing laparoscopic surgery lasting between 2 to 4 hours

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients with hearing impairement 2.patinets with profound mental illness. 3.patients with deranged basal salivary cortisol level. 4. patients with adrenal and pitutary disorders
