Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Perimenopausal women age group of 45 to 55 years 2. Perimenopausal women who are willing to participate in this study. 3. Perimenopausal women available during the data collection period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Women with pre existing chronic conditions like diabetes, hypertension, cardiovascular disease, or other lifestyle related diseases. 2. Women who do not understand the language. 3. Women currently undergoing hormone replacement therapy or other medications that significantly influence lifestyle diseases or menopausal symptoms. 4. Women with severe psychological disorders or cognitive impairments.
