Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 20 and 50 years. Both male and female. Patients diagnosed with lumbar Radiculopathy. Patient with Straight leg raise test positive. Participants willing to attend 3 treatment sessions per week for 6 weeks and complete all outcome assessment.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Age below 20 years or above 50 years. History of spinal surgery. Spinal fracture, spinal dislocation, or recent spinal trauma. Spondylolisthesis. Peripheral neuropathy or other neurological disorders affecting the lower limb. Active infection, open wounds, or inflammatory spinal disorders. Pregnancy. Uncontrolled hypertension or other serious medical conditions that may interfere with participation. Participants currently receiving any other physiotherapy treatment for lumbar radiculopathy.
