Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients aged 18 years and above. Patients prescribed with SGLT2 inhibitors attending departments of cardiology, nephrology, endocrinology and general medicine OPD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete or irrecoverable medical records Patients who refused to provide informed consent
