Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Males and females between 18-60 years with ASA 1 and 2 undergoing elective robot assisted gynecologic surgery and robot assisted prostatectomy under General anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with an intracranial lesion Previous intracranial operation History of ocular disease History of cardiac, hepatic, renal or neurological disease increasing the ASA physical status more than or equal to 3 History of ocular surgery History of TIA Poor ultrasonographic image quality Those requiring conversion to open surgery

MeasureTime frame
With CO2 insufflation and Trendelenburg position, Optic nerve sheath diameter increases which indicates increase in Intracranial pressureTimepoint: ONSD is measured at 4 points T1 - In supine position 5 minutes after intubation T2- 30 minutes after CO2 insufflation T3- 120 minutes in steep Trendelenburg position T4- Supine after desufflation of pneumoperitoneum

MeasureTime frame
Whenever ONSD is performed ETCO2, Heart rate,Mean arterial pressure and SPO2 are noted Timepoint: ;Postoperative headache , nausea and vomiting , blurred vision and cognitive dysfunction within 1 day of recovery among the patientsTimepoint: Postop day 1
