Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: young adults aged between 18 to 35 years both males and females patient with current non specific low back pain more than 12 weeks NPRS scale more than 4 less than 15 cm in modified modified schober test ODI 19 percent and higher willing to participate with provide information consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: neurological disorders spinal pathologies recent surgeries current pregnancy cardiovascular disorders uncooperative or unwilling participants
