Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Women only Hospital nurses aged 25 to50 years Minimum 1 year of continuous clinical experience Working more than 6 hours per shift in rotating or fixed shifts Willing to participate and give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of recent injury surgery or fracture within 6 months Neurological or systemic disorders Pregnant or postpartum nurses within 6 months Administrative roles or non-clinical duties Psychological illness or under medications
