Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients aged between Twenty and Sixty Five years. Systemically healthy patients. Patients with Miller Class One or Miller Class Two gingival recession defects. Patients maintaining good oral hygiene with Plaque Index score less than One. Patients willing to participate by providing written informed consent. Patients willing to comply with the study protocol and scheduled follow up visits.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with poor oral hygiene or poor compliance. Patients receiving immunosuppressive drugs corticosteroids or antibiotics that may influence healing. Pregnant or lactating women. Patients with debilitating systemic diseases infectious diseases or conditions affecting the periodontium. Patients with known allergy to study materials. Patients with previous root coverage procedure graft or guided tissue regeneration at the study site. Patients undergoing orthodontic treatment. Patients with a history of dental or periodontal surgery within the previous Six months. Patients diagnosed with Stage Three Grade C periodontitis. Smokers and smokeless tobacco users.
