Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Apparently healthy participants with kapha pradhana prakruti Participants within age group between 20-40 years irrespective of gender, religion and socio-economic status will be selected Participants who are willing to participate in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants diagnosed with cardiac, pancreatic, gall bladder, liver, kidney, abdominal issues and under medication for the same. Tikshna Agni individuals. Participants who underwent any recent surgery. Participants on oral contraceptive pills, pregnant and lactating women.
