Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: cases presenting in our day to day clinical practice with chronic or recurrent acute conditions exhibiting identifiable miasmatic tendencies based on symptom totality and clinical history shall be considered. availability for regular follow up visits for a period of at least 6months. patients providing written informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: diagnosed with emergency condition that requires immediate or allopathic intervention. suffering from terminal illness where disease progression prevents proper remedy response. pregnant or lactating women.
