Eligibility

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adolescents aged 17 to 19 years diagnosed with calcium and vitamin D deficiency confirmed by serum biochemical tests Consent from participants Adolescents in generally good health

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Chronic illnesses or metabolic disorders affecting bone metabolism Allergies to ingredients in Ragi barfi incorporated with mudakathan Receiving other calcium or vitamin D supplementation or medications interfering with mineral metabolism Severe malnutrition or other conditions requiring specialized care
